With over 20 years of experience, Michelle has developed and executed innovative marketing strategies for globally recognized brands such as Ashley Furniture, Eddie Bauer, Nike, Napster.com, John Deere, and multiple private equity companies.

Justin Zwieg has built his career on the pillars of creative strategy, business acumen, and design excellence. His journey prior to Bolin began with entrepreneurial success, launching and selling multiple small businesses. At the same time, his career in brand and design flourished while excelling during his tenure at acclaimed advertising agencies Campbell Mithun and McCann Worldwide.

Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and a “quality over quantity” ethos, Justin has consistently crafted award-winning work and earned the trust and loyalty of an impressive roster of global clients, including Burger King, General Mills, H&R Block, Mayo Clinic, Stratasys, US Bank, and Verizon. A passion for technology has always driven Justin to explore innovative ways to elevate not just the work itself—but the businesses behind it—by integrating emerging tools that enhance strategy, efficiency, and long-term impact.

In 2022, after eight years of dedicated work, Justin acquired Bolin and rebranded it to Bolin Zwieg, honoring the 75-year legacy of Bolin and marking a new chapter for Minnesota’s longest-standing agency. As part of this evolution, he has led the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence across the agency and its clients—embedding AI into strategies, workflows, and execution.
